Is my girlfriend playing hard to get?

Ok so im 20 my gf is 16 and we have been going out for about 2 months now. We first had sex about 2 weeks into the relationship. since then we have only had sex 2 more times even though we see each other everyday and almost always etiher my house or hers. She always has an excuse which most of the time is that i have to get up early to go to work and she doesnt want me being up late. i tell her that i will be up late almost all nites anyway cus she always msg's me anyway. After i take her home almost every nite she will start talking bout how she wanted to stay or how horny i make here. so wtf?!?! im confused an need help :S

**UPDATE**

Last nite my girlfriend stayed the nite an we had sex all nite long an barely got any sleep in.

This leaves me somewhat satisfied... yet still confused :(
