Yes you can brush your teeth with it. Pour a little of the bs powder in the palm of your hand and dab your damp toothbrush in it and just brush. It dosn't taste good but it works very well. You can also put toothpaste on your brush first to hold it. It actually does a better job than toothpaste, plus it freshens your breath. It's "Nature's Cleanser" but don't swallow it. Your teeth will be 'squeaky' clean.

My girlfriend brushes her teeth with baking soda at the advice of her dentist. She mixes up a little with water in a cup, til it's like a paste- then puts it on her toothbrush & brushes her teeth with it. She doesn't swallow it- but I don't think it'll hurt you if you did (people used to take a teaspoon of baking soda with water- for heartburn- before they invented TUMS!). It's made her teeth alittle whiter... -so try it out. At the very least- you'll save on toothpaste! :)

Just dip your damp toothbrush in the baking soda. Baking soda is a natural antacid so you can swallow it, but only about a teaspoon worth per hour and only about 4 tsps/day. You should begin seeing results within 2 weeks.

Make a paste with water and baking soda. Dip your toothbrush in it and whiter teeth will occur. Your teeth feel so good too.

Baking Soda or Bacarbonate of Soda are they the same thing?
I think so.
Anyway it wont hurt you as it is in cooking foodstuffs all the time.
I have used it but made my gums sore
and you can spit it out as you would toothepaste.
Just dip your wet brush into it and go.....
how long to see results ? how dirty are your teeth ??

They make toothpaste with baking soda. I personally wouldn't dump some baking soda on my tooth brush.
