I'd take her to a Vet for a check-up. A change in behavior can signal a health problem.
Some other things it could be:
Any changes in the household? (moving furniture, new people or someone that left?)
Have you changed your soap, perfume, laundry detergent?
Are there any stray cats, dogs, or other animals that she can see outside that might be upsetting her?
Is tension higher in the household for any reason?
Something that might seem minor to you might be very important to her.
Good luck..

Take her to the vet. Something good be wrong and this is her way of trying to tell you. Get her checked as soon as possible.

Did you know that cats can be in a bad mood for weeks? Cats can hold a grudge better than an ex-girlfriend. If you did something that pissed her off, you might still be getting punished for it.

She might also just be looking for more attention. Negative attention is after all.. ATTENTION! Try spending more time with her. New toys can help too. She might be very bored with what she has.

She could be in pain or a hormonal imbalance or a thyroid problem. When a cat changes behavior drastically like that, its time to get vet intervention. Don't leave it too long becuase if there really is an underlying medical rpoblem, the sooner you "catch" it, the better for kitty, you and the vet! Go, girl and good luck!

Take her to the vet. sounds like she is in pain and maybe injured. Cats often get internal injuries from impacts without any visible outer damage. Definately get her checked out.

I have a friend and his female cat does that around pregnant women or when she is in heat (spayed or not). I dont know if this is the case for you, but just wanted to let you know what I know. :)

Has she shown any signs of being sick or in pain?If so,that could trigger it.You might want to take her in to the vet and make sure everything is ok.

She's definitely having some kind of anxiety, or she is in pain. Time to go to the vet.
