You can open up the SQL Analyser tool and run it from there.
program files\microsoft sql server\80\tools\binn\isqlw.exe

Open a new connection you your server, make sure the correct database is selected, type in EXEC SP_NEW_UNTESTED_PORCEDURE and hit F5.

I hope you have this new SP on a test database.
