the way u work it....some guys can have huge wenises but cant work it...but theres a fine line if its small small then no...four inches is really smalll....id say average is alright about five and 1/3 ;)

well its both.. more of the way you work it, but it has to be a decent size.. my boyfriend of 2 yrs is the biggest ive had and yes it is better!
