What if it doesn't go away and she somehow tries everyday, usually at the end of class when she says bye to him and tries to give a light touch on the back too?

Please do all the teachers in the world a great favor and stop flirting with him. Don't you realize that you could get him in serious trouble? Hopefully he is not noticing you or is just ignoring it in hopes you will stop. If you care anything about him at all, don't do it. Or do you really just plan to get him in trouble so you can get in the news?

It means she is trashy and he has no boundaries.
He is a teacher, he could lose his job.
She needs to stop and he needs to make her stop her behavior.
Do you just want to become another face on the news???
