I've been having problems with my cable boxes lately. some of the channels are now really fuzzy. the neighbors on the right of my house have had their satellites for years, but the neighbors on the left of my house just got two satellites for their home. I was wondering if all the satellite signals around my home could be messing with my cable reception? I only ask because their are a lot of fuzzy channels but not all of them, mostly the lower channels below 70

Actually the satellite signals were there even when your neighbors did not have satellite service. All the dish do is receive the signal, like a TV antenna, and run it through a process to convert it into a playable TV signal.
If, you have a box, it may be getting old and need replaced or there something feeding into the cable from somewhere. If, you know someone around you that have the same thing as you, ask if they having any trouble. If, they are call the cable company and complain. If, no one having trouble then it may be your box. Also look a the cable coming into the house, sometimes little critters like to chew on the cable.

Check all your connections. Inside and outside. It's rare, but some people do have problems with Satellites with loose connections.

If you call your cable provider they have a Leak meter that will measure leaks form bad cables, connectors, etc.

I would check everything in your house first before going after the neighbor.
