We as adults have much to do for our children so that they grow into responsible adults. We have to begin at birth, giving them the love, support, discipline, advice, knowledge, and many other things that wil guide them into good adults. We also have to teach them by showing them the right way to do things. Children learn best by watching and imitating adults. We have to make sure that what they are imitating from us is the right thing. It is a tough job but we do what we have to.

Not to go overboard with the politically corectness. No matter what someone somewhere is going to be offended over something and you just can't please everyone. To teach awareness of bullying in the schools. That bullying by teachers or students will not be allowed. Make sure the children know the difference between a privilege and a right to have something. And too much more to say here.

Dispose of MTV, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, the Simpson sisters, A&F, Old Navy, J-14, CosmoGirl!, mainstream rap/emo music, and all those other media vehicles that are turning our youth into mindless trendoids.

We need to teach them that war is wrong. I think when kids are raised with compassion they will be more consciencious about the furure. Their future as well as everyone else's. Our blood is no redder than anyone else's. Compassion is the key to saving the future.

I've taught my children to believe in our Savior and to keep their faith; knowing God knows what is best for us. The way our world is today, we need a strong faith or we'd be lost.
