I'd say wash off the toothpaste with some warm water...then if it's ready, you should be able to take two fingers around it, and pull AWAY from the pimple. If it's ready, it should pop. Don't push in, or you'll scar your face.

I'd seriously woudln't go for it; after two years, I'm ready to say it makes everything MUCH worse (it might get infected, get bigger, blotchier, etc...). Hold ice to it so it doesn't swell or get bigger and drink a lot of water.

But if you must, don't put on toothpaste, because that only gets it "less easy to pick". Run some warm water over it for a while, and then just "pop" it. Right after, remember to disinfect it with alcohol and keep dabbing until the yellowy fluid stuff stops.

Please, don't pop your pimple or put toothpaste on it. Popping your pimple increases your risk of leaving a scar on your face which may and may not go away. Also, popping your pimple will also increase your chances of spreading it all over your face leaving your face with more pimples. I suggest you can use pimple cream to get rid of your pimple and drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies to detox your body. You can also try using a face mask to aid in getting rid of your pimple faster.Remember, don't and Never pop a pimple!!!

If it was so bad to pop your pimples, then why do dermatologists and estititions pop them for you?

what I do is look for the little pore at the peak of the pimple, take a needle or pin, stick it right down the center and feel it sink into the pimple and then squeeze and you don't have to squeeze nearly as hard because you just made a hole for the puss to come out.

okay first off never use toothpaste to pop a pimple. Find a spot treatment that has sal acid or if you need to put something on it right awat grind up a asprin add a little water until it turns to paste and use that as a spot treatment. Asprin has Sal acid in it

You should never "pop a pimple." Your skin is a protective barrier against all types of potential problems including staphlococcus, which normally resides on your skin. Popping a pimple can cause many problems, infection, scarring, and even death. The best way to hanle a pimple is to let it ride. After all it's usually only a few days.

Use 2 cotton swabs. Don't use your fingernails because it will cause scarring. Only pop it if it's white in the middle and ready. Don't try to pop it if it's not because you will just make the situation worse. After it's popped, dab on some Clearasil or Oxy and then leave it alone. The more you mess with it, the worse it will be.

toothpaste ? haven't heard that one before. I pop mines by getting a cotton ball, dip it in isopropyl rubbing alcohol and just push down on the pimple until it pops....less painful than using your nail e.t.c. Hope this helps!
