I searched 6 different online Hawaiian to English dictionaries and none of them had this word. So that means one of the following:

1. It's spelled wrong.
2. It's a "vernacular" or common slang word that is not actually grammatically correct.
3. It's not a Hawaiian word.

You might try looking for some Hawaiian chat room or online discussion boards and ask them, if it's a slang word, they will know, sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I searched my Hawaiian dictionary and found
niki = to tie up or pinch.
nani= beautiful or lovely.
It doesn't make much sense, except to mean "lovely pinch".
Is niki someone's name, Niikki, perhaps?
If so, then it would mean "beautiful Nikki".
