When you talk to them, please use punctuation. Also, make sure your breath smells good because that's the last thing they notice. Also Also, I can't stress this enough: wear pants.

It depends on the situation. What you do is to approach her. You can use one or a combination of the following words: stunning, dazzling, make the earth move, drop-dead gorgeous, saw hear, died and went to heaven.

Just be sincere and a gentleman. Never say anything inappropriate and walk up and say "hi, my name is _______, what's yours?" "Nice to meet you......" etc. Smile, be friendly and don't come off as too aggressive which can be taken as creepy! :)
