Yes you will share germs. But you WON'T DIE. So don't stress out too much. Make sure there aren't any open cuts in your mouth and make sure both you and your "partner" aren't sick. There is always the possibility of mono but much like most things in high school people make it sound a lot worse than it is. It can be a tough virus to fight but everybody in the world doesn't catch it... If there has been a recent case of mono at your school (assuming your in school) then it might not be a good idea to be a permiscuous kisser, other than that have fun. =)

Yes, but don't have a phobia about it. You get just as many germs, I'm sure whether you kiss with your mouths closed or open. The times to be concerned would be when your bf/gf has a mouth sore, a really bad cold, or mono.
