you can file a petition for her. It's called the k1 visa or fiance visa.
if you do it right with the paperwork the whole process only takes about 6 months if you do it right.

The problem will not be the money, so long as you can take care of filling the forms. You can get her a fiance visa. Other than that she can get a passport, come to the States, get married then file the infamous I-130 form.
The wait for the visa is the problem most of the time. Good luck.

If you love her and want to marry her, do it legally, through immigration. May be a wait period, but if it is true love, you two will survive this process. Do not do it like the Mexicans from Mexico, sneak here. Be honest, not like them. Do it the right way , be real and honest. Good Luck.

dont spend the 10 grand bringing her over here for her to ditch you as soon as she gets her citizenship. I would just meet you a nice girl here it would be much easier
