Spiders? No.

But there are things that do. Take scabies, for example. They tunnel into your skin and lay eggs. Then the eggs hatch, the mites will burrow around under your skin, and then burrow out about three weeks later.

Not the spiders you can see but the are millions of bacterias inside your body and on the skin and some probably look like spiders
under a microscope.

I have never heard of spiders (insects) growing in a person's body.
