Absolutely normal. Stretch marks are basically scars, caused by the stretching of skin (for instance, from breasts getting larger). There is no proven way to remove stretch marks, except by removing the skin that is scarred (for instance, a tummy tuck, where some of the skin of the abdomen is actually removed). They are creams and treatments which claim to "fade" the marks, which is really more of a subjective term than "removal." Most stretch marks will fade in time, and since a lot of people have them (men and women both), very few people think of them as abnormal.

unfortunately, stretch marks have alot to do with genetics - if your mum was prone to getting them this increases your chances too. when your breasts grow at a fast pace, your skin cannot keep up and therefore stretches - this is where stretch marks come from. It also happens on other areas of the body, when gaining weight - such as pregnancy. There are creams which you can use to help hide them but im not too sure how well they work. Any pharmicist should have them in stock!

Yes this is very normal. AND cocoa butter is useless. The only way to remove stretch marks is through plastic surgery. I just had it done 5 days ago, after many years of trying everything else. They will however fade with time. Sorry.

Stretch marks can come in anywhere. The best solution I have found for that (from personal experience after having kids) is the stretch mark formula from Avon. It made mine very lighter and not noticeable in a week in a half.
