Tools
Envelopes and Labels
Options
select 5371 Business Cards
enter information
cl in the box for "new document"
click o.k.
Save AS - give the file a name.
Filetype will probably be Word.
you can buy blank sheets of business cards in Office Max
You can go here for templates, click the Templates tab, scroll down for business cards.

Avery has a wizard that creates Word templates depending on the Avery card stock you use.
