I got a 2nd degree sunburn in Florida after 12 minutes in the sun, and I have around 4-6 light freckles on my shoulders from it. Will they go away? I even have a line from my sunburn and it hasn't gone away from 7 months ago.

as long as you further protect your skin from damage than yes. you can reverse your "freckles" also known as "age spots". wear sunscreen and don't forget to reapply or you will end up looking like a walking connect the dots.
