You don't need to necessarily lose weight. You're gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. If you're seeing results, that's all that matters.

Eat lots of wheat, brand, and oats. These have great benefits not only for losing and maintain weight, but it cleanses your system, Controls & Improves: Cholestrol, heart disease, constipation, digestion, control weight gain, fights diabetes, and so much more. Most importantly DRINK LOTS OF WATER, our body is 90% water. Water has more benefits than any thing on the market, it's a pure and natural cleanser to help flush the system of all impurities. It also helps fill you up, drink water with all your meals, eliminate the carbon beverages, and caffein drinks. Also yogart is good for weight loss and control, try Activia. I had recently in the past 2 weeks weighed 168 lbs. I'm now at 157 just by using these methods. Plus I do exercise regulary. Not so much as weight lift, but areorbics, and walking. Just walking at a faster pace than you normally would, and when you're just standing around, flex and tense your musles: arms, leg, stomach, butt, you'll start to notice a difference. This helps to tone.

I hope this info helps, it's working for me, I thought I'd share it. Wishing you the best in your endeavors.

did you gain 25 lbs before you started working out? or while you've been working out?

it might be the way youre eating.
if your eating habits are bad, then working out might not help much.

cut down to about 1200 calories per day
do cardio 3 days a week for about 20-30 min. and strength training (crunches, pushups, leg raises..etc.) 12 times a rep and about 3 reps for each, do that 2-3 days a week.

go to www.sparkpeople.com
its free and an AMAZING site. (just be sure you put your age as over 18 if you sign up..)

they have a good tracker and you just tell them what you ate that day (they have most foods entered in with all the information so you don't need to know about calories and fats and such) and they give you your range.
they also tell you what excercises to do and when

theres so much stuff to do on there, just check it out.
i've tried so many dieting plans and ideas but none of them have worked out for me.
and with this, im ACTUALLY losing weight.
i've done it for about 2 weeks and i've lost about 5 lbs already.

good luck. =]

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Use spray oil rather than pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories coming from a tablespoon. If you use oil in your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you stone over the year.

I promise you this. Stop mid-size meals at night. Soda, carb's and full meals. Cut all In-half, you do need some carb's for energy, focus on protein. You'll see a difference In less then 7 days, and I mean that.
