can anyone tell em where i can find a older version of microsoft office that is compatible with microsoft 2003 and that i can use on windows 2000

Microsoft office 2000 runs on windows 2000 and you can buy it lots of places even eBay.
although you can open most all 2000 docs in 2003 the reverse may not be true for something done in office 2003, it may not be backward compatible in all cases. I have both but I've never have tried to open newer docs from 2003 on office 2000

office 2002 is compatable with both 2000, and 2003 windows get it on e-bay.
If you don't want to pay for it.
Go with the openoffice.org

You can do what ya want, but for free you can go to

it is an open source version of Office that is free, donations are appreciated. It's made for those of use who don't feel like giving Mr. Gates any more cash. Anything you can do in Office you can do in Open Office.
