Girls-What do you like to talk about on the phone?

So I'm talking with this girl online and we both seem really interested in each other, and she gave me her number. I want to call her just to talk and get things going in the right direction, but what are some good things you like to talk about? Something to create a nice, full conversation without the akward silences. Thanks,

Ask her about her work, her favorites, discuss a movie you've both seen. There are a million things to talk about. If there are a bunch of akward silences you probably don't want to be worrying about any "long term commitment" anyway as conversation is a very good basis of any relationship.

Dude whenever talking to a girl always take charge. Ask her how her day was.. what time will she be going to college/ school/ office or for that matter anywhere the next day. Crib a bit, but only a bit. Be humorous.. Boss i gotta tell you one thing. If u have it in you, go ahead and start pulling her leg over petty things. You'll see that She will get irritated, but believe me a little leg pulling helps a lot. To put an icing ion the cake, slight flirtations are a big YES. Call her up at awkward hours. Tell her that u were feeling bored. Choose one of your activities during the day (eg driving) and start telling her that whenevr u drive u think about her. And do make a point that whenever u are driving u call her up.. (get a handsfree first)... Make her feel special at times. but not all the times. Praise her and more than her praise urself.. Good sense of humour, art of leg pulling and phone calls at awkward hours will do the trick !! Take care buddy.. best of luck..

Oh my gosh!!!! ive been in the same situation so many times!!! haha...well when you finally get the nerve to call her than call her with confidence. Start off with Hi of coarse=) and then just take it from there. Talk about something random. Talk about....something like..."did you see that one show last night?" or..."what are you doing?...how was your day?....what are you doing?....."......or you can be honest and say wow im really nervous right now are you?......if your on the phone for the first time with her then trust me there wont be a silence haha....it'll go well....dont worry.....I hope everything works out kk....have a great night Mr.=)

Interesting things that are happening at the moment in your city that you could go and do together, like an art exhibition that's on, or a wine tasting night or an unusual fundraiser.
Things that YOU are interested in at the moment, and pay attention to what SHE'S into as well.
I've met a couple of people who I met online, and when I first spoke to them the most important thing was that they acted casual and relax to remove some of the awkwardness and strangeness of the situation.

I don't talk on the phone much, but when I do I just go with the flow of the conversation. If you go with the flow and don't talk about a topic you don't know anything about then you should have no awkward silences what so ever :)

tell stories man, filled with emotion,rush, talk about things that make u look cool, what u did the other day with ur friends that was daring and espontaneous. mainly do all the talking, or be fast, funny, and arrange another meeting, bust on her playfully, have fun, girls just wanna have fun, remember. We girls like to talk about anything. If you can't think of a topic ask her a question and it might get things going. I was in the same situation you werw but now I called him and talked to him about random stuff for like 4 hours. Hahahaha.

maybe about life? her life? your life? to get to know each other a little bit more. Talk about what both interest you..maybe things that is going on in the world? You can start asking her about her day and what she did that day....etc. Maybe ask about her likes and dislikes? Her goals in life? GOOD LUCK

Talk about what she enjoys and her family. Get into gushy emotional stuff and be really into the conversation. Talk about little sweet things u would do for her and be sensitive cuz thats wut gals like. But not me...... I liked the idea that a dude had balls enough to talk about sex with me. Usually Id be the 1st to bring it up.
