Is there anything similar to Gumtree for Ireland or Scotland?

I'm looking for something like Gumtree that is for Ireland and/or Scotland..a website that let's me look at possible flats to rent, jobs available, etc...anyone know of anything?

Gumtree has websites for Ireland, Scotland, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Wales. Just look on the right hand side of the Gumtree.com page and you'll see the "Other Cities" option.

I know Scotland's board of Tourism has a website called visitscotland.com that has links to employment websites, but I am not sure about the real estate.
