No offense intended, but if it's a large church and they still use the "Common Cup" then because it contains antibiotics it could well be healthier.
Yes it would count. My understanding of communion is there are two important requirements: 1) You must eat the bread and drink from the cup in a way which doesn't dishonor the Lord (1 Cor 11:26 (no mention of wine)); and 2) Love your neighbor as yourself.
I think if there was a flu epidemic of some sort then this would be 'loving your neighbor'.

Sure. Honestly I don't see why not. It's all in what you beleive the substance becomes not what the substance originally was. I always like Communion with milk and oreos myself.
