Sounds like you just over loaded your stomach. You should just eat light for a few days. Don't eat any heavy foods. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day and you will probably clear yourself out. Don't rush it. Let nature take it's course.

Hmmm u may just feel really gross due to the fact you over ate. Over eating sure does make you feel like you don't want to eat much the next day. I understand this, sometimes food tastes so good and it's hard to resist. Its ok for this to happen once and in and a while but not all the time.

If you are noticing that you continue to have abnormal eating habits you may want to speak with your family doctor. For instance this evening I actually, over ate just a little but instead of getting bummed, and anxious I just plan on working out tomorrow. It's good to have a regular exercise routine, but nothing to be obsessed over.

If you don't feel like exercising it may be due to the your not eating enough, so your body is lacking energy to go out, and your head ache is do the fact that you may be over hungry and not giving you body what it needs.

By the way there is nothing wrong with you, many people over eat once and a while and its all good. I would suggest to feed your body healthy well balanced food and, say you don't feel like exercising..go for a light walk to the store.. you may find that, that light walk will inspire you, while your out to go further and further.. and before you know it your feeling better and having a work out.. Which in the end you will feel so much better about your self. ((Endorphins)) Good Luck--and don't get hard on yourself.

well it all sounds like a stomach bug, the flu or something. but that last part that is all in caps doesn't seem to match the above. so why did you add that at the end? seek therapy. tell the last part to someone who is there in the flesh, and see how it goes from there.

There are 19 i's (!) in your question. It appears that you are
obsessed with yourself together with hypochondriac tendencies. Do something nice for a friend or parent and you should feel better.
