i just downloaed frostwire becuz my limewire wouldnt work.. now my frostwire is doing the exact same as my limewire was doing,.. i have updated java .. i have dsl, ive removed and reinstalled .. i dont know whats wrong.. please help

How bout NO-wire... as in get KCEasy. Limewire sucks because unless you pay then it works like crap. I've never tried Frostwire but I'd bet it's the same.
KCEasy is not very feature rich but it works and doesn't ask that you pay anything in order to have it work better. Also it's adware and spyware free.

try using Ares Galaxy. i found everything easier to use on Ares Galaxy than on LimeWire check it out.
