i am already knowledgable in this bone hardening fact im just wondering what people's personnal beliefs are about it.

I appreciate you mentioning that. I totally agree with Wolf's Law. It is also my assertion that the reason why so many people suffer from osteoperosis is not due to calcium deficiency but a lack of strengthening of the bone. Bones are like a muscle and if you don't put stress on them they deteriorate. If you do they become stronger. It is a fact that some tribes in Africa have never suffered from osteoperosis or calcium deficiency even though they never consume calcium in their diet throughout their entire lives. Aloha.

yes, I too have pondered this. astronauts in zero gravity have bone problems when they land.

the west drinks milk and eats cheese like its a cure for everything, but the truth is it wont stop bone problems, if you dont help your bones out yourself.
