Yes! It sounds almost identical to what happened to me after my first c-section. After being in the hospital with an ilius and tubes in nose to pump the bile out which my bowels had stopped working. I was in excruciating pain. I would have to hold my breath to turn over in bed, and then they let me out of the hospital, with meds of course, after my bowels began to work again, I was on 500 mg of antibiotics for almost a month. I couldn't hardly hold my baby and I had to hold my breath to walk and hold on to the wall or have help to get to the bathroom. Also I was bleeding out of my incision. So instead of having to wear the normal sanitary items that you wear. I was wearing them on my incision too. Finally the doctors decided that since I wasn't getting any better - then they were going to have to go back in the same incison and turned out - I had a hematoma( which is a blood tumor) or the outside of my uterus. It was the size of a grapefruit. I'm not telling this to you to scare you but you must either go to a new doctor or make sure that the doctor that your seeing realizes that this is not something that needs to be taken lightly. The right side for me too.
The best of luck to you, i would love to hear from you, when they find out what is wrong. Prayers are for you. Cynthia

Go back and tell them what you just told us. Your provider needs to know.
If they don't know, they cannot help you.

They need to know about the pains and the spotting and your serious concerns about your health.
