6- practice breath exercises by having your belly coming up front and back for 5 minutes 4 times a day(that was answer to one of my questions).
7- stay in sun light for 15 minute to 2 hours maximum (depends on how much you are depressed and how much is strong the ray of sun in your area)

20- stop any drugs that helps you sleep like valium, and all other **** drugs that we take to make us sleep
21- at night, do not use for lighting the **** day light white power saving lamps. your body needs to relax after sun set. the daylight lamps challenge your nerve and neuro system at night. you do not need any daylight simulation or emulation at night. but rather you need it before night.

23- take a sample of the water you drink to a laboratory. and check if there is any strange ingredients in it (any very very low posining ingredients).
24- try changing the food products brands that you buy. especially the ones that you have frequently and daily. check always if food has any of the E ingredient series (like E160, E333 i do not know what is it, i am writing random numbers after the E), some studies mentioned that those E family act like slow poison and cause mental and cancer problems. so try to avoid products with E family (better you always check with search by yahoo or google about any E that you find in any food product).
25- try the natural japanese stickers or any equivalent. You use 2, put (stick) one on every feet before you sleep. when you stick it, it smells nice, in the morning you will remove it when you wake up and it will has bad smell because it sucks all the poisons from the body. (try it for 2 weeks only and do not use for long period because i am afraid that it sucks some other good stuff from your body, this is personal openion and not professional).

Talk with your doctor about the medication. Perhaps it isn't the right one for you. It can sometimes take a combination to handle all of your symptoms. Each person can have different reactions with medications and finding the right combination can take some time. What works for one may not work for another. Also some medications can have mixed effects with others. Some can take time to to work, months even. But the first place I would suggest going is to your doctor if you aren't feeling 'right' with the medications that you have currently.

Have you had your thyroid checked? I have hypothyroidism which is an underactive thyroid and it made me have the same symptoms. I have been on synthroid for a while and I feel a lot better. That could be all you need and probably why the meds you were taking for depression were not working. Hope this helps!

lonelygirl, well done for getting off the drugs that will end up killing you or causing you to commit suicide. go to www.cchr.org before you go back to any psych and watch the videos of the psychs saying they cure no one and there are no tests for mental illness. then go to a chiropractor and get adjusted. then go to www.dianetics.org.
