picture editing {dont have photoshop}?

i want the pic to be black and white...except for the eyes...know how to do that?

Get hold of the Gimp it is a free ubuntu program from. www.ubuntu.com

Try using Gimp, its much like photoshop and may help you edit photos like the one you are talking about.

HEY U CAN USE SOME OTHER FREE PROGRAMS AVAILABLE ON NET AS A REPLACEMENT FOR PHOTOSHOP
