great question - if you truly love them then yes, it is very easy to do. But who knows their heart well enough to say this is true love. Only decades of commitment and caring can evidence that.
However it is often very easy to love what you want someone to be. And then it is much easier to find what is at fault, and to see what you love about them is much more difficult because it is actually just a reflection of the hidden needs within yourself.

Easier to define what you love about someone. That person can't do that for themselves and having you do it for them is like giving them a big warm hug.

Say why you love someone.
I think its sorta impossible to tell someone why you love them but VERY (probablly too)easy to tell them what annoys you about them.

its alot easier to find annoying features, cuz you have to notice them if its annoying you
