Just a general question for everyone. How do you maintain your weight/ figure? Do you follow certain eating habits, follow a certain diet, eat whatever, what do you do?

I eat all kinds of stuff in moderation, chicken, beef.. the regular stuff.. not big on candy. Mountain biking and lifting weights. Pretty simple.

I focus on what works for my body. There is no "one size fits all" diet or exercise plan that will work with everyone. Each person is unique and has unique needs. Personally, I find that strength training works the best for me in terms of exercise. I find that working out with weights challenges me in a way that cardio couldn't. As far as diet goes, I like to keep it as natural as possible - meat/fish, vegetables, small amount of fruit, complex carbohydrates such as yams, potatoes, etc. Psychologically, I am very relaxed in my approach to diet and exercise. I do not expect fast results nor do I place myself under any stress if something isn't working. I do not over train, but when I do train, I train with intensity and focus. One last thing - don't think of "diet" as deprivation. Think of it as giving your body what it needs instead of what not to give it.

Strict protein rich diet, 7 meals a day, 5 days a week strength training, 3 days cardio, 3 days yoga.

The lifestyle is not for everyone, but its addictive to be this healthy in the long run.

I am an very active person, so I exercise a lot. I usually watch what I eat but I don't let it get to me too much. Eat what I crave and keep myself in balance.

I weigh myself naked every morning to make sure that I weigh the same. By doing this every morning, I learned how much of what to eat every day to maintain my weight.

The more calories you take in, the more weight you gain! The less calories you take in, the less weight you gain, and if you take in few enough calories you can even loose weight! :)
