It seems like my nose is always congested. All 4 seasons, all the time. Both nostrils are never at the same time, not congested. Its annoying, what to do?

use ocean spray. really cheap get it at a drugstore. also get Olbas something inhaler. its an inhaler that you put right in front of your nose/breath in. its all minty /stuff so it helps clear out your nose. you can find al ot of that stuff. like tea tree stuff you put on your chest and it just goes to your nose.

also this is all relaly safe stuff. you can use it a lot.

In a large bowl or sink add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of salt. Let the salt dissolve, then immerse your face in the water for five to ten seconds; repeat 3-4 times. Keep your eyes and mouth closed, but try to breathe in the mixture.

Also, try a nasal rinse by putting a few drops of grapefruit seed extract in 1/2 cup of warm water and inhaling it; repeat two or three times, especially before bed and when you get up in the morning. The grapefruit seed extract will help kill off the bacteria.

Don't try over-the-counter stuff........won't work and can be potentially addictive if used long-term. The doctor can prescribe allergy meds like Singulair or Allegra that are safe long-term and will help with your congestion. Good luck!

Could it be allergies? I would talk to a pharmacist or doctor about it. They can give you samples of allergy medication and try it out.

Or change your environment. Invest in a humidifer or clean your nose with warm water every night.

Indoor allergies are as annoying as outdoor.

Consult with your doctor for the needed treatment.

You may be allergic to certain foods. Go see an allergist and have them give you a (skin scraping) allergy test.
