that those hung at Nuremberg were tried and hung for " waging an aggressive war " and that no1 was ever tried for genocide until the early 90's. I want to know if this was the exact terminology used at Nuremberg and if it was how does this terminology relate to the current conflict post Invasion/Liberation/Colonization, (whatever you want to call it of Iraq)
Is there any other kind of War than aggressive?

I Vote, cheers for the answer but that definitely wasn't the book.
If I remember right the 4 indictments at Nuremberg were
Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of crime against peace
Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace
War crimes
Crimes against humanity
I may have some of the wording slightly off as I'm working off memory and realize that that may affect the legitimacy of my question. I'm fairly sure though that uit was the second charge that resulted in the most indictments....
