Are you allowed to drive around in a vehicle without a t-shirt in the state of Texas? Or just walk around with out one?

"Are YOU allowed..."? Ok, well, I'M not... but yes, guys are allowed to drive and walk and bike without a shirt. One guy, a couple of years ago even fought city hall for the right to wear nothing but a g-string when he went biking. I don't recall the verdict on that one... fortunately, he never biked within my view.

HOWEVER, most stores and gas stations have this policy: "No shirt. No shoes. No service." But it's hot here in south Texas in the summer. We get around the "no shoes" policy by wearing flip-flops.

YEs, kind of like the old "can you drive without shoes on?"
Unless your conduct is done to "gratify your sexual desires, or those of another" most conduct isn't illegal for exposure.
This keeps someone who accidentally exposes themselves like a zipper failure from going to jail.
I assume when you say can you drive without a shirt you don't mean a woman who is totally topless?
That might fall under disorderly conduct "that which would alarm provoke, or anger" an average person.

YES TO BOTH!! there is no law against driving without a shirt unless your female. And there shouln't be a law against that!! So, peal that shirt off and let everyone see those RIBS!!!
