I mean I feel the pleasure and I know I came from looking at the condom and I've seen it on a boys leg before,but I've never really felt it.

If you are a female as your icon suggests, you can't tell from a condom or a boy's leg that you had an orgasm. You are looking at his fluid, or possibly some of your own lubrication but there would have to be a lot as females do not do this like males do. Your body may not have learned how to do it yet. You may not have had an orgasm because when you do, believe me it rocks your world. Just because you lubricated does not mean you had an orgasm.
