He is the man who created you.
The man who let his son suffer for you.
This Son died so you would have a CHANCE to be with Him and his Father.
He is the man that always held you when you cried.
He is the man that wants you with him forever, if you only just love Him, and believe he sacrificed his Son for you.
He is the man that knows you.
When you sin, when you laugh, when your happy, when your jealous, when your angry.
He will always be with you. Just open your heart's door and bring in the man who did everything for you.

36 years ago, when I did not know such a thing was possible, I experienced a sudden life transforming change which I later came to realize was what was described by Jesus in the Third Chapter of John's Gospel as being born again. It occurred at a time in my life when I had become greatly disillusioned with my life personally, but also the nature of things generally. I concluded that if there was a God, and I was in the state I was in and the world was in the mess it was in, then it must be God's fault, because He didn't seem to be doing anything about it. So I told Him to get out of my life. To my surprise, He did. I felt within me that God turned His face from me and let me see what life was like without Him. To make a long story short, my whole existence became drab and joyless and utterly meaningless. I spiraled downward into deep depression and despair. When I thought I could go no lower, I came home one day, fell on my face and started crying. Then a voice spoke into my heart this simple word: "Maybe Jesus really did die for your sins."
Instantly I felt within as if I had been transported from the lowest pit to the highest mountaintop. A flood of light and love and peace and joy and hope drove out the darkness and despair and hopelessness that had possessed me. I had heard the Gospel before, but for the first time in my life I realized it wasn't just a story, but that Jesus really was the Son of God, that He really had died and rose again, and that He did it for me. I have loved Him and sought to live for Him ever since.

Perhaps you mean the millennium. The millennium is a time of strict teaching of truth and discipline to those who did not take part in the first resurrection. Their status before God is as though they are dead and indeed they are liable to die unless they conform to His will.
Some Christians unfamiliar with this teaching conclude it is a "second chance". but they may have not considered the finality of the second death, the death of the soul or the frailty of man in the flesh. Say a child born in Bangladesh who manages to reach the age of accountability and scarcely is introduced to the gospel. They in most cases will reject the truth based on their religious and cultural environment etc. Millions of souls are not really in a position to know and accept the opportunity of Christ's salvation for one reason or another in this flesh life. Many are embittered by the results of false teachings claiming to be Christian teachings but have no place in the gospel message. They reject Christ because of those Peter taught us about in his second epistle 2:2
They have no first chance. So they get one in the millennium.
Our Father is just and is Judge. Amen.

In this generation "The King of the North" will destroy cruel religion that persecute, abuse, torture, and kill people who refuse to join their corrupt "true" religion. So, when religion is gone people will be able to have more peace because they will not have to worry about been blown up, torture in a prison or abused. So "The King of the North" can will be the "God" of second chances. Politicians, and the United Nations will never be a "God" of second chances because they are too cowards to destroy religion that commit crimes against humanity. They just do not have the courage to keep religion out of politics.

The answer to question, who is God.The source of all the is,, was,
or ever will be.
About the second chance part, He's not limited to two. As long as your breathing and are willing to seek Him, you will surely find Him. Doubt and discouragement are the great deceivers way of trying to stop you.

although the Vegitale MOvie Jonah had a great song about second chances... truthfully ... its an exageration
sometimes you try cocaine and die on the first try.... you can get pregnant or get aids the first time you have sex... you do not always have a second chance...
God is longsuffering and merciful but sometimes the chances run out
