Not a lot of info in your question. Are you afraid of becoming chemically dependent? That is a rational fear, so phobia would not apply unless you fear dependency's on chemicals that are not normally thought of as addictive, like Alika seltzer or aspirin. This is the best I can do with what you gave.

In a way being afraid of becoming chemically dependent is a healthy fear which more people should have but if this phobia consumes your thoughts and gives you anxiety a lot, then maybe you should talk to a therapist. Some things you may want to think about:
Why are you so afraid of becoming or being chemically dependent? Is there someone in your family/circle of friends who is an addict and you see the toll it is taking on their life? Did someone you know and care about suffer from chemical dependency?

I believe you are asking if such a condition exists. The sad truth is a phobia is an irrational and intense fear of a situation or object, so it would be quite possible for an individual to develop a phobia of the sickness. One of the best reccomended forms of Therapy is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

(NLP is basically the study and practice of how we create our reality.)
