My boyfriend and I have been together over 4 years now. Earlier tonight we had a pretty serious arguement. I left the room and he went to sleep. Here I am an hour later and I still can't relax. Is that normal for a guy? If so, can someone tell me why?

Maybe that's his way of tryin to get over it. Some people always say "sleep it off and in the morning, you'll feel better" You can't sleep because you're probably still upset. I've been there soooo many times but I learned to just let it go...no need to even dwell on it anymore because you'll just get more upset and definitely start to drive yourself crazy.

I do the samething. Who cares about arguements. What was done was done and in the morning is a new day where things can be corrected. By replaying and hanging on to said arguement you can't move on and fix what needs attention.

They are so tired of listening to the woman sleep is inevitable!
the question is: "Why do women start fights right before bed?"

Well, maybe you should heat the argument up until he punches you and knocks you out. Then you might not wake up until the next day. Sleep problem solved.

I have experienced this myself. I think many men just forget about it. Us girls tend to dwell on the argument and replay it over and over.
