A friend of many years has become a great friend lately. We talked a while back about friendship or more, but we decided to stay friends. She then said she wanted a nice friendship. Since then, I have told her almost everything about me because she wanted to know some things. I now tell her everything, and we even talk about marriage views and future dreams and such. She knows all about me basically. Why did she want this?

She just cares about you. Why is this such a problem for guys to grasp? I don't understand why guys can't have a friend that's a girl and not have a problem with this. She just is being a friend. Deal with it.

You must have a very interesting life she likes to hear about.
Or she just likes to talk to you about everything.
I bet she gave examples from her life while you were talking about yours.
Dont look too much into it. Thats just what friends do. It could or could not mean anything.

Might be to screen you out and make sure she knows what she's getting into. Sounds like she's interested but cautious, because she may have been hurt in the past. No worries.

its called security. girls want to know what they are getting involved with. she is checking you out of course trying her best to see if your character suits hers.... and since she wants a nice friendship you just might become her best friend

cause its just something to talk about cause your just oh so close, or she is getting interested in you and looking to see if you qualify for a serious relationship.
