I know there are active bacteria in yogurt that aid in the process of digestion, but should I eat it before of after my meal for it to be most affective?

I like fat free yogurt and can eat it morning noon or night. I did not know it was best to eat it a while before your meal . Thanks for asking the question.

I don't think there would be much difference as far as your digestion goes. But if you eat the yogurt first, you might be inclined to eat a little less of your meal.

You should eat your yogurt somewhere between breakfast and lunch. Give it time to start working on your digestion.
