its very cute, not saying im gay.
it happens to my sweetheart.
we broke up unfortunately.
but i remember her saying as im the only one that gives her goosebumps.
its a really personal quiet thing in a relationship that needs to be noticed ALOT more.

he is sensitive and ticklish. yes you are giving them to him... it means that you make him feel great and safe in your arms... you are touching him the way he is meant to be touched....
otherwise you jus frek him out.
