It is kinda like ordering food in a good Chinese restaurant...a little from column A and a little from Column B. Like everything in life you need a balance here. Acting only with your head removes romance and spontaneity. Acting only with your heart can lead to abuse and heartache. The important thing is do you trust your heart and your head to each make the right decisions. If you have a huge conflict between the two, that might be a red flag that there is something wrong with the relationship.

Head. If everyone uses the heart without the head, all relationship is doom.
With your head, you are able to see clearly whether one is right for you or just playing around.
After using your head, your heart will have the confident and desire that you are looking for.

you should follow your heart. after that think with your head...is that what you want or is that the best thing to do....it's both actually....
