I printed out my forms from turbo tax, and Form 2441(child and dependent care expenses) printed out with my state tax, NOT federal, and it said " Attach to form 1040" But i only have a 1040A. And the other thing is, i'm approve for this because i had a child in 2006, not because of dependent care expenses. So am i suppose to attach it to form 1040A, or send it in with state form?

Okay, so turbo tax prints out all the forms that you need, and it didn't print out a schedule form 2 or something, so i obviously don't need it, plus, i'm not approve for federal care expenses, but only state.

No, the two forms are different. According to the IRS, you can use Form 1040A if you are claiming credit for child and dependent care expenses. But, you must use Form 1040 if (1)
your taxable income is $100,000 or more, (2) you have certain types of income such as unreported tips, certain nontaxable distributions, self–employment earnings, or income received as a partner, a shareholder in an "S" Corp., or a beneficiary of an estate or trust, (3) you itemize deductions or claim certain tax credits or adjustments to income, or (4) you owe household employment taxes.

Form 2441 which is used with the 1040 Form, and Schedule 2, used with the 1040A Form are basically the same form. If Turbo Tax printed a Schedule 2, it probably also printed a 1040A.

There is a form called Schedule 2, that is for child and dependent care expenses that goes with the 1040a, look for it ! It looks like the 2441 ! I don't think you need a copy of it for the state return !
