If you posted this 4 days ago, you should be feeling fine by now. If not, a dentist can apply a protective dressing in that area until the area produces a protective tissue. Don't touch the area. This may disturb whatever healing that should be progressing at this point. Don't self medicate. See your dentist.

Use anbesol for the pain. Avoid hot or acidic or irritating food and drink. The roof of your mouth will heal by itself over a few days to a week. More skin may peel off, too. Not to worry. This is common and will fix itself. Of course, if you feel you have a very bad burn, see a doctor.

once you rip it out verify that it does no longer intervene with the numerous braces. I had braces for 5 years so believe me i recognize the way it feels and that i had the same component. I were given rid of it and did not positioned on it, each and every time he gave it lower back I were given rid of it, it does no longer extremely count number number both because the braces fix your tooth to the perfect position and once you get your retainer which will straighten each and everything out. even as they ask you the position it went only say it broke even as i became eating.

I know, it's probably well on its way to healing by now, but...

Use a warm salt-water rinse. Also get some vitamin E gelcaps. You break one open, rub it on the burned area, then swallow the rest. It works great!
