Do you think i have listeria from eating queso fresco? im not showing any signs i just ate it a few hours ago?

Im a hypochondriac lol i ate chile relleno traditional at my friends house and i have a stomach ache but that could just be from the jalapeno

Listeria is checked for by the QA department at the food factories via the water content. If the food doesn't pass the test, it won't leave the plant. Your tummy is aching from the jalapeños.

The chances are thin. WHy would you think you have it? It wouldn't show that quickly.
I wouldn't eat that cheese though.
