How can i lose weight i am 194 pounds 11 years old and am 5 foot 5

Because you are only 11 years old I would talk with your mother about seeing your physician (DR) about putting you on a diet plan that is safe for someone your age. If I were you I would do 45 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week (that is running, walking, jogging, swimming, jumping rope, etc). Also a healthy diet is important, but because of your age I would just limit calorie consumption to 1500 calories a day (that is the proper amount for someone your height). Make those foods healthier (no fast food). Again, it would be best to speak with your caretaker about this, as they could help you to keep a food journal, see a doc, etc.

You are only 11!!! You don't need to lose weight. And no doubt you will grow taller, you'll need that weight. Talk to you parents about it and maybe see a doctor. Thinking that you are to big at the age of 11 can easily turn into an eating disorder.

Ive been like this and all u need is to do kickboxing and kung fu. to lose weight like this, ur parents have to pay a large amount of money so they will force you to learn and not slack off and then go everyday for 1 hr and a half to 2 hrs. EVERDAY. this helped me lose 30 lbs

Honey, NO junk food/sugar.
But you CAN try Apple cider vinegar, organic w/the "mother" available in all grocery stores(2tbsp before each meal) and use ex-virgin coconut oil on your toast(whole grain I hope) instead of butter.
These little changes will make a huge difference.

If you want to lose weight then focus on what foods you eat,excercise for atleast 45 a day,and dont worry you will grow.

Some how try to delete pizza,soda,and hot dogs and eat more veggie soup and salads.Instead of bacon and eggs eat special K cerial.Exersize instead of sitting.Most important be happy with life and God bless you.Pray that God will help you accomplish this and it will come true.
