its like now I feel pretty much nothing. I feel like Im spaced out and dont really care much about how anything turns out. Im bipolar so these calm spaced moments can be scary because ya never know what is going to happen next. Does anyone else experience these kind of feelings?

I get that sometimes- you can get so wrung out from severe severe depression that there is nothing left of you when it finally stops being so bad. I'm bipolar too. I'd say you still need to work out your meds better, although I have also found that some of the pills induce apathy, and so it could be a med side-effect. If you are too apathetic, then maybe you need to adjust the meds just a tad lower. I had my lamictal dose so high that during deer hunting season, if one of my fellow hunters fell out of his tree stand and died, i wouldn't have cared for more than a day or two. So I'd call up your doctor (I hope you have a psychiatrist, not a family doc - a family doc should not be treating bipolar) and ask his/her opinion, then try backing the meds off just a bit.

all the time. Relish in the calm. But since you are aware of it-mark it down in your journal. Enlist some friends to make you laugh, cry, whatever you need to do. Find somenew new every day in the mundane that you've never noticed before. Like how red the stop-sign is- or the eyes on the billboard that you pass every day-what color are they? Try eating you're favorite food with your eyes closed to get the full taste.
