You cant "make" or force someone to feel a way you want them to. They call that manipulation and it will cause more problems then you can imagine.
Get to know the guy. If he likes you, great. If he doesn't.. move on.

I am just being honest; but you don't want to get a guy to fall for you unless he wants to. You wouldn't want to be with a guy that you "made" like you.
Here's what you do. Guys like a woman who is honestly self-confident (I mean honestly - you can't fake being confident). What I mean by confident is to know that you are wonderful and happy with your life. I promise, not until you are happy/confident with yourself will the guy (and even more suitors) fall for you.

its easy for a guy to like a girl. All you have to do is look at a certain way.
It is harder for a guy because we have to buy expensive things (such as a nice car) to get attention from your gender.

Guys love to chase. Ignore him and he will come running, begging for you attention. Meanwhile, take good care of yourself. Wear nice clean clothes, hair and nails done. Oh, and don't forget to wear your confidence.

just flirt with him but be obvious about it. ask him who he likes and all that stuff. if he ever asks you who you like or flirts right back by touching you then he probably likes you. good luck!
