I keep telling myself he was just in my mind. And soon I just forgot I loved him. Now he's just a guy I pass in the elevator. I work for me until he told me he still loved me. Then I moved out and never saw him again. But thats just me. I'm sure you'll be fine.

I know how painful it is to be turned down but life goes on, Accept that the hurt you're going thru right now is something natural and believe also that time will heal whatever pain was inflicted on you by this incident. Keep busy with other things and be focused. Things do happen for a purpose. You may feel very negative at this time but it's really up to you to turn a negative into a positive - like some people who get turned down keep stock of themselves and work harder in their school or in the jobs and turn out to excelling in their fields. Being turned down always gives one the feeling that you are not good enough. Prove them wrong. Excel!

Wow. The pain of heartbreak. It is different for everybody. i dated a guy for only 2 months and it took me over 2 years to get over him completely. Time does heal wounds, some quicker than others. If you were dating this person, i would NOT suggest getting involved with another person right away. It would be too easy to expect your new person to live up to the standards of the old person and that is not fair to them. If you had simply asked this person for a date and they said no, well i would say move on to the next one. Ironic, i just watched Forrest Gump this evening. He never did get over Jenny. Did you see that movie? Anyway, i do not envy you your pain. i sincerely hope it is short and you can find someone with whom you are very happy. Best wishes!

Well it depend on how long you where infatuated with that person. It should take long. Best ways to move on and ask someone else out, for all you know there might of be someone who like you and you turn her/him down. And if not just keep yourself busy so that way you have not time to dwell on it. The more you dwell on it the longer it takes.

well the first step, is stepping down. and it appears you've done that. and if you've liked the girl for 3 or 4 months or less, it should only be about a week. if it was longer than that, i cant really say, because i've never waited that long

put some neosporin on it.

seriously though, just keep fishing my old plan was to put as many lines out there(talk to as many girls as possible) soon enough some will bite then take your pick. you'll forget all about the ones that got away(turned you down) when you get one on the line and bring it in(get married(or laid))

It depends on what type of potion you use. Some heal more damage than others.
