love and falling in love is the same thing, at it all depends on what happens in the hate situtation....i heard it happen before (but they just were mad at eachother for awhile over a misunderstanding)

Absolutely. Haven't you heard the old saying "Love and Hate are two horns on the same bull"? They are both extreme emotions, therefor not all that different.
We can't chose who we fall for, it just happens. I always wanted a tall, athletic guy with dark hair. I married a 5'8" pot-bellied bald guy! Of course, he was exactly what I needed, just not what I had wanted.
Love seems to work that way...

Why not? Normally love begins with some one you dont like but it eventually grows. You will be able to see the positive side of him and admire his hidden qualities.
It is better to hate and love him then to love and hate him later.
Good Luck

Of course! There is no reason you can't. Maybe at first you couldn't stand them, but then you get to know them a little better and maybe you develop feelings! It might sound stupid. . . . . . . . but it happens! =)
