I am 32 years old. I am not obese but I am overweight, I have started working out . But before I started my workout program which was very recent, I would wake up every morning with every part of my body aching for about the last two months.Since I started working out I do have soreness, but I have worked out in the past and I can tell the difference. It's almost like my bones and joints ache when I get out of bed in the morning, but once I start walking around it goes away. I don't feel it at work because I'm constantly moving. But at home if I sit for a long time, it's hard to get moving again. Is there a supplement I can take or anything else that will help?
